Cultured In Cornwall teaches you how to make Kefir, Kombucha, and Lacto-fermented fruits and vegetables. If you are interested in learning how to ferment foods we will show you how. There is a wealth of information and different methods of fermenting, and the health benefits that eating a variety of fermented foods gives you is well understood and documented. Our passion is to spread the word about how good you can feel if you eat fermented foods and start you on the path to discovering how easy it is to make in your own home.

Feel free to discuss recipes ideas, successes and failures with us on this blog. There are many different outcomes when you begin to ferment food, we are dealing with food that is alive and changes with the seasons, we would love to hear your stories.
